Refund & Replacement policy

Every Steam account sold on Prempov is protected by a lifetime replacement guarantee. If your account stops working at any time — whether it's day 1 or day 500 — we will replace it with an equivalent verified account of the same game, at no additional cost to you.

To claim a replacement, contact our support team on Discord or email with your order ID and a short description of the issue. Replacements are typically processed within 4 hours.

You are eligible for a full refund in INR if any of the following are true:

• The credentials delivered to your dashboard do not work at first login.
• We are unable to replace the account within 24 hours of a valid claim.
• The game linked to the account has been permanently removed from Steam.
• You accidentally purchased a duplicate order and have not yet accessed the credentials.

Because digital goods are delivered instantly, refunds cannot be issued if:

• You have logged into the account and played the game.
• The account was banned or restricted due to activity performed after delivery (VAC, community bans, cheat use, illegal payment refunds).
• You changed the account email or password and then lost access to your own recovery information.
• You installed third-party software that violates Steam's Terms of Service.
• You claim the game "isn't what you expected". Please read the store description before buying.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method — UPI, card, or net banking. Processing timelines depend on your bank:

• UPI & wallets: usually 2–4 hours, up to 24 hours in rare cases.
• Debit / credit cards: 3–5 business days.
• Net banking: 1–2 business days.

You'll get an email confirmation the moment we initiate the refund.

Prempov maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance on payment fraud. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in:

• Permanent revocation of any accounts delivered on the disputed order.
• Suspension of your Prempov account and blacklisting from future purchases.
• Report to the payment provider's fraud database when appropriate.

Please talk to us first — 99% of issues are resolved without any dispute needed.

1. Open the order from your dashboard.
2. Take a screenshot of the exact Steam error or the login screen.
3. Message our support on Discord (#support) or email support@prempov.in.
4. We'll respond within 8 minutes on average and resolve within 4 hours.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of a purchase from Prempov shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Indian law.
